Ferment Brewing Company, CENTRL Office, Blue Collar Agency, Columbia Riverkeeper, Camp 1805 Distillery

A 70,000 square foot speculative project at the corner of 2nd Street and Portway Avenue quickly activated with industrial, retail, and office uses at the end of 2018. Skylab Architecture has designed an additional 30,000 square feet of speculative building space to round out the development.

 

We worked with Open Studio Collective on office design for CENTRL’s Hood River location, Blue Collar Agency, and Columbia Riverkeeper. Combined with industrial uses for Ferment Brewing Company and Camp 1805 Distillery on the ground floor spaces, and tasting rooms for the brewery and distillery on second floor spaces, the project is dynamic mix of uses and public architectural discovery.
