The YARD project at the Burnside Bridgehead was a catalyst project for the neighborhood born from the Bridgehead Framework Plan, and in partnership with Prosper Portland. We partnered with the Portland Housing Bureau to designate 20 percent of the units to workforce housing, at or below 60 percent of median family income. The 20,000 square foot podium with commercial space, vehicle and bicycle parking is situated below a 9,000 square foot ecoroof, planted with native northwest shrubs and flowers, designed by 2.ink Landscape Architects.
